HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

After you've placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is shipped you will receive another email with the tracking details. You can also check the order status by logging into your account.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF MY ORDER?

The most common reason is an incorrect e-mail address or the confirmation e-mail has been caught in a junk mail filter. Please make sure that you have correctly entered your e-mail address and check your spam folder. Please contact us if you need a confirmation e-mail to be re-sent. 

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS?

Our felt shoes are built to last, but they deserve a little love to stay looking and feeling great. Follow these simple steps to keep them in top shape:

Step 1:
Gently wash your FLTD shoes in the washing machine on a wool or delicate cycle.

• Keep the temperature at or below 30°C

• Limit the wash cycle to under 20 minutes

• Use only mild detergents

Step 2:
Use the spin cycle if needed, but avoid high-speed spins — it can damage the felt.

Step 3:
After washing, gently reshape the shoes with your hands to restore their form. Let them air dry in the shade for up to 2 hours.

Step 4:
If needed, use a fabric shaver or razor to carefully remove any excess wool from the surface of the shoes.

Note: Do not exceed 30°C or 20 minutes when washing. Always use mild detergents to protect the felt and extend the life of your shoes.

DO NOT WEAR IN WET CONDITIONS.
