Each pair of FLTD shoes is shipped directly from our artisans’ studio in Mongolia to ensure authenticity and reduce unnecessary handling.

We partner with the most reliable carrier DHL Express to get your order to you swiftly and securely. Expect delivery within 3–5 working days, no matter where you are in the world. Please note that we charge fixed amount for the shipping at the checkout.

Our shoes are crafted with care—fast, reliable, and from studio to doorstep.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

• Exchange requests are not accepted at this time.
• Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and have the swing tag still attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Duties & Import Taxes

FLTD collects estimated import duties and taxes at checkout to help streamline the delivery process. However, in rare cases, your local customs authority may impose additional fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, these are beyond our control and must be paid by the customer if assessed.
